Important Dates and Deadlines:

 • Paper submission deadline – September 15, 2019
• Notification of paper acceptance – September 25, 2019
• Deadline for paying the participation fee – September 30, 2019
• Opening of the conference – November 1, 2019
• Closure of the conference (summing up, cultural tour) – November 2, 2019

All the papers will be reviewed. All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be delivered to the authors and the libraries of higher education institutions and research institutions in Georgia.

Conference Fee:
The number of the authors is limited to 3. Conference participation fee is 100 Euro, in case of two authors - 140 Euro and 180 Euros for three authors.
